"Forecasters are focusing on the western and central Caribbean Sea which are expected to spawn the next tropical threat," according to AccuWeather. "There is a high chance of a tropical depression or storm forming in these waters du"ring late October and early November."

According to the National Weather Service Climate Prediction Center’s Global Tropical Hazards Outlook, it could form form as early as Tuesday, Oct. 29. (Click on the second image above.)
"Regardless of the exact timing, forecast confidence is high that another tropical cyclone forms across the Caribbean Sea by the end of October," the National Weather Service said. "Model guidance is also depicting an elevated chance of a subtropical low pressure system or tropical cyclone forming at a higher latitude over the southwestern Atlantic."
The hurricane season runs through Saturday, Nov. 30.
Patty and Rafael are next on the list of storm names.
